Having an indoor arena to school horses and ride in all weathers allow us to be able to exercise horses and have lessons all year round regardless of the weather.
Swinhoe Farm Riding Centre Arena was made possible due to grant assistance under the LEADER scheme and lots of hard work from staff and volunteers. It is 60 x 28 metres so allow you excellent space for training with viewing gallery for 136.
Arena is Available on Sundays, Mondays (except school Holidays) and Fridays. Gift Vouchers are vaild for a year. Prices are for up to 3 horses. To Book the Arena with a Gift Voucher Contact Claire on

Arena Hire Terms and Conditions
Please note in hiring the arena you agree to the following:
Your Safety is your Own Responsibility.
Swinhoe Farm Riding Centre DOES NOT Accept responsibility for any accident, or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle or any companions whatsoever and however caused.
It is a condition of the use of the Indoor Arena that this is understood and acknowledged by yourself.
All Horses Vaccinations MUST be up to date (Annually).
Visiting Coaches must have their own insurance and minimum qualifications of BHS AI (Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship / UKCC Level 3)
Arena Must be left as you found it.
Any Damages MUST be reported in the Arena Folder (which you signed in).
All Droppings Must be picked up.
All Riding Hats Must be Worn at all times when mounted and be up to current BETA (British Trade Standards).
By booking online you AGREE that you will check the Arena before you use it. Accepting that you ride in the arena at your own risk and accept that no liability can be attached to Swinhoe Farm Riding Centre, their owners All Products or staff.
In completing the booking you confirm that you are happy to accept the rules above, will abide by them and acknowledge that failure to comply will result in me being asked to leave without a refund.
Swinhoe Farm accepts to right the amend or adjust these terms at any point and to cancel your booking if necessary at any point.
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
